Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (RCCB) today released its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, showcasing the company’s continued commitment to building a more sustainable future through investments in water stewardship, packaging innovation, emissions reduction, community engagement and operational efficiency.
The annual report highlights the progress RCCB made throughout 2025 to advance its sustainability goals while supporting customers, communities and employees across California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Key highlights from the 2025 CSR Report include:
Investing in Communities
Community impact remained a core focus throughout 2025. RCCB supported nonprofit organizations, environmental restoration projects and volunteer initiatives that help strengthen local communities and improve environmental outcomes across the regions it serves.
RCCB continued its partnership with River Partners to support restoration efforts at the 175-acre Willow Bend Preserve along the Sacramento River in California, helping restore critical floodplain habitat, improving groundwater recharge and supporting biodiversity throughout the region.
Expanding Sustainable Packaging
In support of Coca-Cola system sustainability goals, RCCB expanded the use of 100% recycled PET (rPET) packaging. The company now uses 100% rPET in all 20-ounce Coca-Cola and Dasani bottles nationwide, and increased recycled content across additional package formats in key markets.
These efforts help reduce reliance on virgin plastic and support a more circular economy by keeping valuable materials in use.
Reducing Environmental Impact
RCCB continued to invest in initiatives designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve operational efficiency throughout its manufacturing and distribution network. Through facility upgrades, fleet improvements and energy-efficiency projects, the company continued making progress toward its long-term emissions reduction goals. RCCB achieved a 9% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from facilities (bringing us to an impressive 27% total reduction from our 2021 baseline year – over two-thirds of the way to our 2030 goal).
Advancing Water Stewardship
RCCB continued to improve water efficiency across its operations through strategic investments and innovative water management practices. The company achieved an 8.2% reduction in Water Use Ratio (WUR) compared to the previous year and reduced overall water consumption by more than 55 million gallons relative to its 2021 baseline.
At its Downey, Calif., manufacturing facility, RCCB partnered with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts to modernize discharge limits through a project that enables more efficient water management practices, while maintaining compliance and supporting long-term water stewardship goals. Additionally, the Downey production facility achieved Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) certification, which became only the tenth site of any kind in California to earn the designation.
The 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility Report demonstrates how Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling continues to create positive impact through responsible business practices, strategic partnerships and a commitment to continuous improvement.
